Gong Bath Sound Therapy
A Gong Bath is a form of Sound Therapy where the Gong and other instruments such as Himalayan Singing Bowls, a Shruti Box, a Shamanic Frame Drum, Rain Sticks, Shakers, Rattles, Chimes, and Bells are played to induce relaxation, meditation and general well being.
During a session you lay down on the yoga mat provided, wrapped in a blanket, close your eyes, and relax to the sounds of the instruments as you are cocooned in their vibrations.
