Floor-Barre (Barre Concept©): Beginners (Moderate intensity)

Set to moderate to high intensity music, a typical Floor-Barre routine consists of ballet footwork, lunges, core work and some ballet movements combined with sports conditioning. Great to recondition after a period of inactivity or to enhance an existing Barre or Pilates routine. NB: Floor work is unsuitable for certain back conditions so check with Amanda if you are unsure.

Amanda is the only certified Barre Concept© instructor in Brighton. Drawing on 7 years teaching experience in Pilates, she has taught adults of all ages both the Pilates and Barre Concept routines. Whether it is restored function or improved performance you are after, as long as you are prepared to apply regular effort to your routine, these classes will help you achieve great results.
