Pilates for Runners
This class is ideal for those who have been practising Pilates for at least 12 months and want to start attempting more challenging options and discovering the full 33 original Pilates exercises.
You’ve got the hang of lateral breathing, discovered your deep abdominal muscles, and are making strides in isolating the working muscles whilst switching off others.
In this class we skim over the fundamentals and get stuck in to intermediate and advanced options, focussing on exceptional form.
